Warranty Coverage

All KOVA jewellery pieces come with a 14-day limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

Manufacturing defects may include issues such as:

  • broken clasp received at delivery

  • missing stone or charm at the time of delivery

  • damaged chain or lock due to production fault

  • visible plating or finishing defect before use

  • wrong or faulty product received

If your jewellery has a genuine manufacturing issue, KOVA will review the product and offer a suitable solution.

Depending on the case, KOVA may offer:

  • one-time repair

  • one-time replacement

  • store credit

  • partial or full refund, where applicable

The final decision will be made after checking the product condition, order details, and proof of issue.

What Is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by regular use, poor care, or mishandling. Jewellery naturally needs care to stay shiny and beautiful, so any damage caused after use may not be considered a manufacturing defect.

This warranty does not cover:

  • scratches from daily wear

  • damage caused by water, sweat, perfume, lotion, or chemicals

  • colour fading due to lack of care

  • broken chains caused by pulling or stretching

  • bent rings or charms due to pressure

  • damage caused by sleeping while wearing jewellery

  • damage caused by dropping or mishandling the product

  • tarnishing caused by humidity or improper storage

  • lost jewellery pieces

  • damage after the 14-day warranty period

Fashion jewellery is delicate and should be handled with care. To keep your KOVA pieces looking fresh for longer, avoid exposing them to water, perfumes, body sprays, skincare, sweat, and harsh chemicals.

To protect your KOVA jewellery, always follow these simple care steps:

Wear your jewellery after applying perfume, lotion, makeup, or skincare.

Remove your jewellery before showering, swimming, sleeping, working out, or doing sports.

Keep your jewellery away from water, sweat, chemicals, and humidity.

Store each piece separately in a dry pouch, box, or safe place.

Gently wipe your jewellery with a soft, dry cloth after wearing.

Warranty Claim Process

If you believe your KOVA jewellery has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of purchase.

Important Warranty Notes

The warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from KOVA.

The warranty cannot be transferred to another person.

The warranty does not restart after a replacement or repair.

KOVA reserves the right to reject any claim if the product shows signs of misuse, damage, lack of care, or normal wear and tear.

Any repair, replacement, refund, or store credit will be offered only after the product has been reviewed and approved by KOVA.
