Shipping Policy

At KOVA, we want your jewellery shopping experience to feel smooth from the moment you place your order to the moment your new favourite piece reaches you.

We sell stylish jewellery for Gen Z girls and boys including chains, bracelets, pendants, gold-tone pieces, silver-tone pieces, and everyday fashion jewellery. Every order is packed with care so your jewellery arrives safely and is ready to become part of your look.

Order Processing

Once your order is confirmed, our team starts preparing it for dispatch.

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 working days after confirmation. During sales, launches, stock updates, or high-order days, processing may take slightly longer.

Please make sure your name, phone number, city, and complete shipping address are correct when placing the order. Incorrect or incomplete details may cause delivery delays.

Domestic Shipping

We deliver orders across Pakistan through trusted courier services.

Standard Delivery:
Tracked delivery usually takes 3 to 6 working days, depending on your city, area, courier service, and order confirmation time.

Delivery may be faster in major cities and may take slightly longer for remote areas.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Express Shipping

If express delivery is available, it will be shown at checkout.

Express Delivery:
Tracked delivery usually takes 1 to 4 working days, depending on your location and courier availability.

Please note that express shipping cost may vary and will be displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available depending on the destination country and courier service.

If international delivery is available at checkout, the estimated delivery time is usually 5 to 10 working days after dispatch.

Please note that international orders may take longer due to customs clearance, country regulations, courier handling, and distance.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applied by the destination country will be the customer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you may receive a tracking number or courier update through email, SMS, or WhatsApp, depending on the available courier system.

You can use the tracking details to check your parcel status.

Delivery Delays

Most orders are delivered within the estimated time, but delays can happen due to:

incomplete or incorrect address
customer not answering courier calls
public holidays
weather conditions
courier delays
stock confirmation issues
high order volume
remote delivery location

If your order is delayed unusually, please contact us with your order number so our team can check and guide you.

Failed Delivery

If the courier cannot deliver the parcel because of an incorrect address, incomplete details, unavailable receiver, unanswered calls, or customer refusal, the parcel may be returned to KOVA.

In such cases, the customer may be responsible for:

original shipping charges
return shipping charges
re-delivery charges, if applicable
any courier cost caused by failed delivery

If a refund is approved after a failed delivery, shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

To avoid this, please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel and your contact number is active.

Customer Refusal

If a customer refuses to receive the parcel after it has been shipped, the delivery and return charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Repeated refusal or fake orders may affect future order acceptance from KOVA.

Items Marked as Delivered

If the courier tracking shows that your order has been delivered, KOVA may not be able to refund or replace the item.

For this reason, we recommend providing a secure delivery address where you or someone trusted can receive the parcel.

Please avoid using addresses where parcels can easily be misplaced, left unattended, or received by unknown people.

Damaged Parcel on Delivery

If your parcel looks damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please take clear pictures or videos before opening it.

Please include your order number, pictures/videos of the parcel, and a short explanation of the issue.

Jewellery Care After Delivery

Once your KOVA jewellery arrives, store it safely when not in use.

To keep your jewellery looking fresh and long-lasting, avoid contact with water, perfume, sweat, lotion, body spray, harsh chemicals, and humidity. Remove your jewellery before showering, swimming, sleeping, working out, or playing sports.

Keep each piece separately in a dry pouch, jewellery box, or clean safe place. A little care helps your chains, bracelets, and pendants stay shiny and stylish for longer.
